The Human Benefit.

February 13, 2019

Understanding the human past is fundamental to understanding humans today, this is where science comes in. Archaeology is the study of human activity through the recovery and analysis of material culture. Max Planck is a pioneer in the field of Archaeology.
Max Planck coined the phases “science progresses one funeral at a time” meaning a scientific finding does not merit by convincing its opponents and making them see the light, but rather because the opponents dies off, and a new generation grows that is familiar with the work. Evolution is what is needed to bring humans back to natural sustainability of our foods. There needs to be a bond between people and food. Why is the disease of today different from the disease of yesteryear? Is it because we are consuming foods that do little to no sustainability? Have we lost the ways of our ancestors who were hunter/gatherers? Yes to both!!
Our brains need fuel, minerals and vitamins as so do ours cell in our bodies. Dr David Perlmutter stated a high fat/low carbohydrate diet intake is beneficial for the brain, the opposite is what causes brain symptoms of Disorders of Neural Circuit Function. Also, according to the Max Planck Institute symptoms of disorders in the brain are: Partial or complete paralysis, muscle weakness, partial or complete loss of sensation, difficulty reading and writing, poor cognitive abilities, unexplained pain, and decreased alertness.

Surprisingly these are also signs and symptoms of side effects from cholesterol lowering drugs which are linked to the symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, and Dementia.
Science provided us with the tools we need to live our lives sustainable by eating foods that are beneficial in the function of our cells and health. But science also works in a way that hinders us. Food companies use scientific ways to create food that are addictive, sugary and salty food with the right combination of overly processed ingredients that make us want more and the side effects are weight gain, hypertension, and diabetes to name a few.
We need institutes like this, and we need them to include the real causes of Neural Circuit [Mal]function. Let’s not sugar coat [pun intended] what is killing us.
